Aggrey Barusya holds a Masters in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies from Makerere University, a Post Graduate diploma in Mass Communication (Makerere university) , Diploma in Human Rights (Law development Centre) , Diploma in Education from Kyambogo University and Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Makerere University. He brings on board experience from his work. He works as Radio Station Manager and Secretary Board of Survey with Uganda Broadcasting Corporation since 2009. He has previously worked with Capital FM and Dembe FM as reporter and Marketeer as well as serving as a Board Member with Rural Health Promotion and Poverty Alleviation Initiative (RUHEPAI). With his background and experience in corporate governance, Aggrey supports and guides PELI-U with human resource management and project planning and management.
