
Josephat Kaijage is a dedicated board member of Peer Link Initiatives Uganda, currently serving as the Treasurer. With a strong academic background in commerce, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce majoring in Accounting from Makerere University and is currently pursuing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
Josepha’s professional journey includes significant experience in both public and commercial sectors. He previously served as a Commercial Officer for the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC), where he honed his skills in managing commercial operations, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring financial accountability. Subsequently, he transitioned to the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) as a Domestic Taxes Officer, gaining in-depth knowledge in tax administration, compliance enforcement, and policy implementation.
With a comprehensive understanding of financial management and a commitment to promoting transparent and accountable systems, Josephat leverages his expertise to drive Peer Link Initiatives Uganda’s financial strategy, ensuring resource efficiency and sustainability in all its programs.
